Well, I decided to attempt something a little creative. My mom doubted it could be done, but I proved her wrong! I baked a Purple, Green, and Gold Mardi Gras cake...ok, so it wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad, and it tasted good. So the gauntlet has been thrown - my mom's making a cake for the Janus ball on Saturday for Chad's Birthday (happy birthday, btw!), so lets see what she can come up with.
